The role
You'll be the face of our showroom — working with DIYers, renovators, and trades to match them with the right tile and bathroom products. This isn't passive retail. You'll manage your own quote pipeline, follow up leads, and help grow your own customer base.
- Full-time, in-person — Slacks Creek showroom
- Standard hours, no late nights
- Weekend rostering with weekend loading
- Immediate start available
What you'll earn
- $30.27/hr base ($60K+ annualised)
- Weekend loading on top
- Uncapped commission — realistic first-year OTE $70K–$80K for a strong performer
What we're looking for
- Someone who enjoys the consultative side of sales — helping people make decisions they feel good about
- Comfortable managing a quote book and owning the follow-up by phone
- Confident with trades and DIY customers alike
- Tile or bathroom experience is a bonus, not a must — we'll back the right person with product training
