Kallista Tea Rooms looking for a Cafe FOH Manager to join our team near Belgrave.
This isn't a role for someone still finding their feet. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of front of house operations, lead from the floor, and keep service, quality, and workflow running at a consistently high standard.
You should already be confident running service independently, making decisions under pressure, and setting the tone for the team every day.
You'll start with 4 days part-time, with the opportunity to move into a 5-day full-time role based on performance.
What matters to us goes beyond just coffee skills. Yes, you need to understand dialling in, adjusting grinders, and troubleshooting machines. More importantly, you need to know how to lead a team, manage stock, communicate clearly, and create a smooth service flow between FOH and BOH.
You'll be leading a young team, so your ability to guide, align, and step in when needed is critical. We value people who stay calm, think clearly, and take responsibility when things get busy.

Requirement:-
· A minimum of 2 years of cafe management or supervisory experience
· A minimum 3 years of barista experience for this position.
· Looking for long-term team members.
· Weekend availability is must.
· 55000 to 65000 Annual Package based on skill and experience
The start date is flexible to accommodate the right candidate's availability.
