We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage services to NDIS participants with diverse needs, including physical disabilities, neurological conditions, and complex care requirements.
You will work closely with participants, families, and allied health professionals to support recovery, pain management, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remedial massage therapy tailored to individual participant needs
- Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Support participants with pain management, muscle recovery, and mobility improvement
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical notes and reports (NDIS standards)
- Collaborate with support coordinators, therapists, and support workers
- Ensure a high standard of care, safety, and professional conduct at all times
About You
- Diploma of Remedial Massage (or higher qualification)
- Current health fund provider number (preferred)
- Relevant professional association membership
- Experience working with NDIS participants (highly desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
