The Role
KOR is seeking a capable and commercially minded Finance Manager to join our growing finance team. Reporting to the CFO, this role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, process improvement, and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who wants to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key duties include:
- Lead and support a team of financial accountants, while providing mentoring and guidance to the AP/AR team
- Develop and maintain management reporting systems, including budgets, costings, profitability, KPIs, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and related reporting
- Support the CFO and other stakeholders with analysis of financial reports and business performance
- Oversee the management, accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations and other regulatory requirements
- Manage treasury-related activities
- Liaise with external accountants and advisers as required
Experience and skills required:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, planning, interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of computer literacy and confidence using finance systems and reporting tools
- CPA or CA qualification
- Demonstrated maturity, sound judgement and experience supporting mediation or conflict resolution
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
