$33.19/hr casual adult rate (21+)
- Sunday to Thursday rotating roster
- Pick pack focus (cold room) shifts between 2pm - finishing between 8-10pm
3-5 shifts per week, 6-8 hours per shift, up to 30+ hours per week - reliability and consistency recognised

Food production shifts between 2pm (Sundays 4pm start) finishing between 8-10pm
3–5 shifts per week, 4-6 hours per shift, up to 25+ hours per week - reliability and consistency recognised
Experience in food production preferred but not essential.
Warehouse/coldroom/pick pack experience preferred but not essential.
Forklift licence highly regarded.
Typical duties include:

Pick packing food into tubs in a cold room environment (3-9 degrees)
- Prepare, portion, process food products
- Follow recipes and methods and work instructions
- Make sure our quality is up to standards accurately
- Receive and store stock where required
- Maintain food safety, quality standards, hygiene and cleanliness at all times
- Support workflow and productivity across the shift
Team members may work across Food Production and/or Warehouse depending on operational priorities and shift requirements.
No two shifts are the same — but reliability, attention to detail and teamwork are key.

Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard
- Comfortable working in cool environments (3–9°C)
- Physically fit – able to lift up to 15kg, bend, stretch, and move freely
- Positive attitude, like to have fun, initiative, and attention to detail
- Drive and motivation to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Full Australian work rights and a driver licence with reliable transport (required due to early starts)
- Food production and/or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
