Role Responsibilities:
- Safe and timely transportation of Company goods to and from sites
- Efficient operation of the Prime Mover and associated equipment
- Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety Requirements
- Work as part of a team and individually to accomplish tasks and manage workloads.
- Adhere to transport regulations including Fatigue Management, Chain of Responsibility and Mass and Maintenance under NHVR;
- Ensure Compliance with all Policies Procedures of JBS Carriers
- Complete Safe Driving and Vehicle Inspections as required (Pre-Trip Fatigue and Daily Vehicle Inspections Checks) and to hand in at the end of each shift and/or week, along with applicable diary pages
- To present for work in a condition that is fit to perform required tasks
- Report all vehicle faults to the Manager and complete a fault report form
- To keep in regular contact during trips with JBS Carriers Management
- Report all Incidents/Injuries as required
Skills/Competencies:
- Identify hazards and implement safe operating procedures
- Use literacy skills to follow sequenced written instructions and record information accurately and legibly
- Use interpersonal skills to relate to people from a range of social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds and with a range of physical and mental abilities.
- Heavy Vehicle Driver Licence (HR, HC or MC)

Pay: $79,499.00 – $90,000.00 per year
