About the Role
We are seeking a calm, reliable and proactive female Support Worker to provide domestic assistance and in-home support to a young participant living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD Level 2).
The focus of this role is creating a calm, organised and supportive home environment while respecting the participant's routine, preferences and independence.
This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work and understands that consistency often makes the biggest difference.
Fortnightly Roster
Approximately 3 hours per fortnight.
Days and times are flexible and can be discussed with the successful applicant.
While this roster is small, there may be opportunities for additional hours with other participants in the future as they become available.
Supports May Include
- Domestic assistance
- General household cleaning and tidying
- Laundry
- Dishes
- Meal preparation if required
- Supporting a calm and organised home environment
- Following participant preferences and support plans
- Completing progress notes after each shift

Experience
Previous disability support experience is preferred.
Experience supporting autistic participants or providing domestic assistance is highly regarded.
Experience working independently and maintaining professional boundaries is essential.
