In partnerships with LawAccess NSW, Community Legal Centres and the Aboriginal Legal Service NSW/ACT, we are located throughout the state including our Central Sydney office, 25 regional offices, and satellite and outreach offices.
As a Solicitor IV with Legal Aid NSW in Broken Hill, you will provide high-quality legal advice, advocacy and representation to legally aided and disadvantaged clients across a broad range of matters, including complex and sensitive casework. You will play a key role in delivering access to justice for regional and remote communities, ensuring services are provided in accordance with Legal Aid NSW policies, professional standards and best practice principles. In addition to managing a varied legal practice, you will mentor, supervise and support junior solicitors and legal staff, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for clients.
