In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering procurement expertise and support across end to end sourcing activities, where you will actively assist in the delivery of procurement processes from planning through to contract execution.
This role will see you add purpose by validating business needs, gathering market information, assisting with procurement documentation, supporting procurement leads, and maintaining procurement knowledge.
You will assist, navigate and build improved sourcing efficiency, compliance, and value for money outcomes in an environment that requires communicating complex processes, keeping up with evolving policy, and adapting to changing business needs.
Strong stakeholder engagement will be critical, as you will work collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver procurement outcomes.
All roles are based in our state of the art Macquarie Park office, within the Goods & Services Procurement Hub.

About you
Your attention to detail, organisational skills, customer focus and analytical capability—formed across procurement, commercial, HR, legal, finance or related operational fields—will see you excel in supporting sourcing events, market analysis, contract support and overcoming challenges such as complex processes, rapid policy changes and varied stakeholder needs.
You’ll bring the rigour and governance mindset needed ensure accurate records, support compliant sourcing, quality reporting and strong stakeholder support. You will also bring well-developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
You’re recognised as ethical and professional, skilled at providing administrative support, drafting and reviewing documentation, communicating requirements, and have exposure to end-to-end procurement processes.
Ideal, but not essential:
Experience working with NSW Government prequalification schemes.
Experience using SAP Ariba and Beeline.
