Our purpose-built Gregory Hills service is a 135-place centre, proudly rated Exceeding in all seven quality areas in the 2023 Assessment and Rating. Our Five Dock service also holds an Exceeding rating from the 2021 Assessment and Rating.

About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in leading and delivering high-quality educational programs while working collaboratively within a strong and supportive team. You will contribute to a positive and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging for children, families, and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the team to lead innovative and high-quality practice
- Planning and implementing engaging educational programs
- Building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Supporting and guiding educators within the team
- Maintaining active supervision and ensuring child safety at all times
- Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and child-focused environment
