Some valuations are a calculation. The ones that shape a deal are a judgement; one that a board leans on when the price is contested, the asset is hard to compare, or the decision cannot be unwound. As a Deals Corporate Valuations Advisory (CVA) Senior Manager in either our Melbourne / Naarm or Sydney / Gadigal teams, you will lead robust business valuations and financial models on complex transactions and corporate decisions, then translate the numbers into advice. Our clients span private equity, infrastructure, real estate and corporate Australia, and they come to us at the moments where value is contested, uncertain or high stakes. Bring the technical depth and the commercial instinct, and we will keep stretching both.
