- Driving line performance optimisation and monitoring operational scorecard KPIs
- Managing administrative systems (NetSuite, ELMO) and standard work documentation, including changeovers, checklists and handovers
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP, WQA, GMP and OH&S procedures, and maintaining 5S cleanliness standards
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimise schedules, and escalating maintenance issues as needed
- Responding to incidents or near-misses and ensuring appropriate action is taken

- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the process/product knowledge to match (or the ability to learn quickly)
Essential skills & workplace
- Leadership, communication and hands-on problem-solving, with a safety-conscious, continuous-improvement mindset
- Ability to work across departments and with diverse teams
- Physically fit and capable of regular lifting and manual work
- Comfortable in wet/tight spaces with high noise, PPE and hazardous chemical exposure
- Forklift licence preferred
