Salsatown is one of Sydney's growing Latin dance schools, dedicated to helping students learn Salsa, Bachata and Reggaeton in a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment. We teach students of all levels and are passionate about building a strong dance community.
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Salsa and Bachata instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident teaching group classes, has strong communication skills, and can create an engaging learning experience for students.
Responsibilities
- Teach Salsa and/or Bachata group classes.
- Provide clear and effective instruction to students of varying skill levels.
- Create a positive and energetic class atmosphere.
- Assist students in developing confidence and technique.
- Represent the studio professionally and contribute to our community-focused culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience teaching Salsa and/or Bachata classes.
- Strong knowledge of partner dancing techniques and fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Available to teach weekday evenings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching beginner and intermediate-level classes.
