We are looking for motivated Process Workers to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Process Worker Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of work areas and equipment
- Boxing and packing of products
- Decorating products including drizzling, dipping, tipping, and sprinkling
- Creaming and product preparation tasks
- Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations and food quality standards
- Cleaning and sanitisation of all equipment
- Coordinating and working closely with other team members
This role is fast-paced and operates in an environment with heavy machinery, equipment, and forklifts, so agility and awareness are important. The role also requires standing for the duration of the shift.
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to follow safety and quality procedures
- Previous warehouse or food manufacturing experience is highly desired but not essential
- Full training will be provided — we just need someone who is keen to work and learn
Availability:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm shifts
- Full availability across weekdays and some weekends when required
- Availability across 7 days is highly desirable
