Occupational Therapy Services: All Ages All Stages
We are looking for a motivated, compassionate and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team at Occupational Therapy Services: All Ages All Stages in a full-time or part-time position.
This is a mixed caseload role, with the majority of clients being children with disabilities and developmental support needs. The position provides the opportunity to work across a range of ages, presentations and functional areas while developing strong skills in paediatric and disability-focused Occupational Therapy.
Previous Occupational Therapy experience is preferred but not essential. New graduate Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply, with training, supervision and ongoing support provided.
***About the Role***
You will provide Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to clients across a mixed caseload, with a strong focus on children with disabilities and their families.
Depending on your caseload, your role may include:
- Conducting Occupational Therapy assessments and functional assessments
- Providing individualised intervention for children with disabilities and developmental support needs
- Supporting children to develop independence across everyday activities
- Addressing fine motor, gross motor, handwriting, self-care, play, sensory processing, emotional regulation and daily living skills
- Supporting participation within home, school and community environments
- Working collaboratively with parents, carers, teachers, support workers and other health professionals
- Providing parent and carer education and practical strategies
- Developing therapy programs, home programs and recommendations
- Completing progress reports, recommendation letters and other clinical documentation
- Supporting NDIS participants to work towards their functional goals
- Completing equipment and assistive technology recommendations where appropriate
- Working with adolescent and adult clients depending on caseload requirements
- Travelling to homes, schools, community settings and other appointment locations as required
***Who We’re Looking For***
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is:
- Warm, approachable and able to build strong rapport with clients and families
- Strong in self-management, time management and organisation
- Passionate about supporting children with disabilities to develop independence and participate meaningfully in everyday life
- Reliable, professional and organised
- Confident communicating with children, families and other professionals
- Able to work independently while also contributing to a supportive team
- Comfortable managing their own caseload, appointments and clinical documentation
- Willing to learn and develop their clinical skills
- Interested in working across a varied caseload
***Essential Requirements***
Applicants must:
- Hold a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- MUST hold a current Australian driver's licence
- Have access to their own reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
- Be willing and able to travel between client appointments
- Must hold a current Working With Children Check
- All relevant police and NDIS worker screening checks where required
***Experience***
Previous Occupational Therapy experience is preferred; however, it is not essential.
We welcome applications from both experienced Occupational Therapists and new graduates.
For experienced therapists, previous experience within paediatrics, disability, NDIS or community Occupational Therapy would be highly regarded.
For new graduates, we are looking for someone who demonstrates initiative, strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing their skills within paediatric and disability Occupational Therapy.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $121,623.88 per year
