An exciting opportunity is available for an organised and customer-focused Rental Coordinator to join a well-established industrial equipment business operating across Victoria. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of rental equipment, transport scheduling, customer service, and operational support.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will liaise with customers, drivers, workshop teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure equipment is delivered, maintained, and returned efficiently while providing exceptional service throughout the rental process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment hires, returns, and rental bookings
- Manage equipment availability and utilisation across the fleet
- Schedule transport and logistics to meet customer requirements
- Liaise with workshop personnel to ensure equipment is prepared and ready for dispatch
- Maintain accurate rental records, documentation, and system updates
- Support customer enquiries and provide timely solutions
- Assist with fleet and equipment stock control activities
Work closely with sales and operations teams to maximise fleet utilisation

Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in equipment rental, transport coordination, logistics, fleet administration, or a similar operational role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
- Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
