About The Role:
We are currently seeking multiple passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a casual basis, servicing locations in and around Penrith and Blacktown.
- Support customers in developing skills and maintaining independence in the community.

Provide respectful, person-centred personal care and daily living tasks, including domestic duties.

Use manual handling techniques and equipment safely and confidently.

Build positive, empowering relationships that help customers achieve their goals.

Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.

Here’s what will help you shine in this role:

Experience supporting customers in a community setting.

Confident and comfortable driving a 12-seater van.

Comfortable with personal care and supporting participation in activities such as gym sessions.

Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities, including working with complex behaviours and behavioural support plans.

Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing situations.

Empathy, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live life their way.
