Are You the Right Fit?
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centred environment and enjoys a role that blends clinical support with coordination and administration. As an Allied Health Assistant in our Specialist Menopause Service, you’ll be confident working under supervision to deliver safe, high-quality care, while also keeping the service running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll be organised, reliable and able to juggle competing priorities—supporting virtual clinics, managing patient-related administrative tasks, and contributing to a seamless patient experience. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with patients, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams, often supporting women navigating complex and sensitive health issues.
The right fit is someone who is digitally confident, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You know when to seek guidance, take pride in your work, and are committed to ongoing learning and development.
If you’re motivated to make a meaningful impact in a growing, innovative menopause service—and enjoy being the person who helps everything come together—we’d love to hear from you.
