Yakiniku Goen is a Japanese BBQ restaurant located in South Brisbane, Rochedale. We are looking for FOH supervisor who is passionate, reliable, and have the can-do attitude.
Positions
What We’re Looking For:
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff during service to ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver high-quality customer service and handle guest enquiries or complaints professionally
- Train, coach and support FOH team members to maintain service standards
- Coordinate reservations, and service flow during busy periods
- Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure efficient communication
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, and POS operation
- Monitor staff presentation, punctuality, and performance on shift
Opening Hours
Mon - Thursday : 5:30pm - 9:30pm
Friday - 5:30pm - 10:00pm
Sat - 11:30 - 10:00pm (Break from 3pm - 5pm)
Sun - 11:30 - 9:30pm (Break from 3pm - 5pm)
