The Opportunity - SAP ERP Solutions Architect
This role goes beyond architecture design. It requires a professional who can credibly engage and influence at CIO, CFO, and Executive Committee level , translating technical capability into compelling business narratives that resonate.
You will be equally comfortable structuring complex SAP environments as you are presenting transformation strategies to senior stakeholders , bringing presence, insight, and confidence to every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead the architecture for large-scale SAP transformation programs
- Design end-to-end SAP solution architectures across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and integration ecosystems
- Translate intricate business challenges into clear, scalable, future-ready solutions
- Partner directly with C-suite and senior business leaders , aligning technology strategy to enterprise-wide transformation priorities
- Play a key role in strategic pursuits, bids, and proposals —articulating solution vision in a way that builds trust and secures engagement
- Provide architectural governance and technical leadership across complex delivery programs
- Act as a visible leader within the practice, mentoring consultants and elevating capability
What Sets You Apart
- Established experience as an SAP Solution or Enterprise Architect within complex, enterprise-scale environments
- Deep understanding of SAP landscapes and cross-functional integration
- A consulting background with exposure to major transformation programs and enterprise clients
- Proven ability to contribute to pre-sales and solution shaping , with the confidence to lead conversations that influence outcomes
- A natural ability to engage, captivate and persuade senior stakeholders , combining technical depth with commercial awareness
- Professional presence and communication style that conveys credibility, clarity, and authority in executive settings
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
A pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
