The Role

As a Servicing Support Officer, you’ll play a critical role in delivering fast, accurate and high-quality support to our customers and partners. From managing enquiries to ensuring data integrity and compliance, your work will directly impact customer outcomes and business performance.
You’ll work across teams, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and flex to support where demand is highest, ensuring we consistently deliver a “best in class” experience.
Respond to customer and third‑party enquiries in a timely and professional way
Update and maintain customer credit information so it stays accurate and up to date
Support compliance tasks, including checking our processes meet regulatory requirements
About you
