About the role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and measurable outcomes across our retail partner network on a permanent, full-time basis.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead and develop a high-performing marketing function aligned with commercial priorities, improve marketing effectiveness through data-driven decision-making and foster collaboration across the business. You will also play a key role in elevating our brands and private label product ranges while delivering tangible commercial outcomes across our national network of 300+ retail stores and wholesale business.
Responsibilities

Execute the commercial marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

Lead integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand, increase awareness of brands & strategic products to drive sales & growth.

Partner closely with sales & category managers to develop effective go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns

Oversee trade marketing spend, ensuring strong return on investment and value creation for the business & our retail partners.

Analyse market trends, customer insights & data, competitor activity and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.

Drive digital marketing performance across paid, owned and earned channels.

Oversee product launches, promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives of private label brands and strategic products.

Establish and report on key marketing metrics, providing regular performance insights.

Lead our high-performing marketing team while fostering our collaborative and results-driven culture.

Drive our industry leading annual conference and key trade events.
About you

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.

Experience in senior marketing roles, including leadership responsibilities.

Demonstrated success delivering revenue-focused marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer data & product performance

Experience partnering closely with internal teams.

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical capability with experience using data to drive decision making.

Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
