As a Support Worker, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team and use an easy-to-use app to access client information, complete documentation and report progress or hazards.

About you
We’re looking for reliable, caring and experienced Support Workers who are confident working independently while providing high-quality, person-centred care.
You will ideally have:
- 1–2 years’ experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker or in a similar role
- Experience supporting people with complex care or clinical needs is highly desirable
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability, or a willingness to work towards a relevant qualification
- Nursing students are encouraged to apply
- Experience providing personal care, domestic assistance and companionship
- The ability to follow care plans and support clients according to their individual needs
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A genuine commitment to client dignity, choice and independence
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Essential requirements
You will need to have, or be willing to obtain:
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Other checks, qualifications or training relevant to the role
