Join Our Growing Laverton Distribution Team
We're looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Members (Picker/Packers) to join our busy Laverton Distribution Centre.
As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our permanent workforce and seeking team members who are committed to building a long-term career in warehousing and logistics.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering stability, training, and the chance to work within a safe and supportive team environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Picking and packing customer orders
RF scanning and inventory processing
Pallet wrapping and dispatch preparation
Loading and unloading stock
General warehouse housekeeping
Following safety and quality procedures
Working collaboratively to meet daily productivity targets
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse, pick packing or distribution centre experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Commitment to workplace safety
Ability to perform manual handling tasks
Flexibility to work across rostered shifts
Preferred Availability
We are particularly interested in candidates available to work:
Thursday to Monday rosters including weekend shifts
(Flexibility across shift patterns will be highly regarded).
