Zscaler Rollout Specialist (6 Weeks)

Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Network Engineer -Zscaler to lead a time-critical rollout across multiple environments, including newly acquired entities.
This is a high-impact delivery role where you will take full ownership of the technical rollout, working across internal teams and external IT providers to deliver a secure, standardised Zscaler implementation.
We’re specifically seeking a senior “doer”—someone who can execute, troubleshoot, and coordinate stakeholders with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the end-to-end Zscaler rollout across multiple environments
- Lead pilot, phased deployment, and production cutover activities
- Coordinate with acquisition IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Configure and optimise ZIA (Secure Web Gateway) and ZPA (ZTNA)
- Manage onboarding of users and sites into a central Zscaler tenancy
- Drive migration from legacy web proxy and firewall filtering solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, performance, and policy issues
- Deliver clear documentation and knowledge transfer
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering Zscaler deployments (ZIA and/or ZPA)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, proxies, VPNs, tunnelling)
- Experience with identity and access management integrations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with tight timelines
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
