A leading international beverage manufacturer based in Condell Park is seeking reliable and motivated Batch Production Assistants to join its production team immediately.
This is a hands-on role involving ingredient handling, batch preparation, and production support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Position Details
- Location: Condell Park, NSW
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $33.48 per hour
- Immediate Start Available
- Ongoing, Full-Time Hours
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve ingredients from pallet storage areas
- Weigh and dispense ingredients accurately for batch production
- Handle raw materials safely and efficiently
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 25kg
- Maintain production records using basic computer systems
- Follow workplace safety, quality, and hygiene procedures
- Support daily production operations as required

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
- Physically fit and capable of regular lifting up to 25kg
- Basic computer skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Desirable Skills
- Forklift Licence
- Previous manufacturing, food production, or process worker experience
