Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including Workforce and Data Assurance, on complex local and global employee matters such as payroll/wage compliance due diligence and employment law reviews.
Provide practical legal advice on a broad range of general employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, breach of contract, general protections, adverse action claims, redundancy, termination, and deeds of release.
Advise on employment, executive and contractor agreements, modern awards, enterprise agreements, and bargaining.
Draft and review workplace policies, employment contracts, contractor agreements, and employee handbooks.
