About the role
As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll work closely with the Gaming Manager and wider venue team to provide attentive, professional and compliant service across the gaming floor.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide fast, friendly and professional service across the gaming floor
- Deliver drinks responsibly in line with RSA requirements
- Follow RSG requirements, including harm minimisation practices
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
- Assist with customer queries, service requests and busy trade periods
- Support the team to keep service standards high across the venue
What we’re looking for
- You’re warm, friendly and genuinely enjoy looking after customers
- You’re available to work a mix of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- You’re comfortable juggling customer service, floor awareness and competing priorities
- You have hospitality experience, ideally in a pub, gaming or similar venue
- You’re confident handling cash, balancing tills and following cash control procedures
- You hold a current RSA and RSG; Keno experience and CLO, or willingness to obtain CLO, are highly regarded
