About the Opportunity
ACH Group is seeking Expressions of Interest from current employees for a Village Manager secondment within our Retirement Living team.
This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your leadership, customer service and operational management skills while supporting older people to live good lives in our Retirement Living communities.
As Village Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of retirement living villages. Working closely with residents, families, colleagues and community partners, you will create welcoming, connected communities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll do
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and support networks.
- Support residents throughout their Retirement Living journey.
- Coordinate resident engagement activities and community programs.
- Manage resident enquiries, feedback, complaints and conflict resolution.
- Conduct village inspections and coordinate maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with Property, Maintenance, Housing Sales and other internal teams.
- Connect residents with ACH Group and external services to support their wellbeing and independence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and Retirement Living standards.
- Maintain accurate administration, reporting and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Retirement Living.
About You
You are passionate about creating positive customer experiences and supporting older people to remain connected, independent and engaged in their communities.
You will demonstrate:

- Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Confidence using a range of computer systems and administrative processes.
Experience in retirement living, property management, housing, community services or customer service will be highly regarded.
