Lead Financial Excellence Across OneSchool Global Australia.

As Group Financial Controller, you will lead the financial controllership of OneSchool Global Australia, overseeing consolidated reporting, governance, compliance, audit and finance operations across a complex multi-entity environment. Reporting to the Regional Director of Finance, you'll lead a high-performing team while partnering with executive leaders to drive financial excellence, transformation and strategic outcomes for over 30 campuses across Australia.
As a Group Financial Controller, you will:
- Lead consolidated financial reporting and statutory compliance across the Australian business.
- Drive financial excellence, governance uplift and strong internal controls.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Partner with executive leaders to provide strategic financial insight and support decision-making.
- Lead finance transformation, systems optimisation and process improvement initiatives.
- Oversee external audits, compliance obligations and reporting requirements.
- Uphold and model OneSchool Global's values and ethos.

About You
You are a senior finance leader with deep technical expertise, strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to lead within complex, multi-entity organisations.
You bring:
- CA, CPA or CIMA qualifications.
- Significant experience in senior finance leadership roles.
- Expertise in group consolidations, statutory reporting and technical accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, IFRS and regulatory compliance requirements.
- A track record of building high-performing teams and driving change.
- Experience leading finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
Experience within education, not-for-profit or other complex multi-entity environments will be highly regarded, as will exposure to Sage Intacct, Power BI or similar finance platforms.
