Key Responsibilities
:Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and chef’s specifications
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices at all times (HACCP/Food Handler’s knowledge preferred)
Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining speed and accuracy
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Assist with menu planning, daily specials, and inventory management
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or Chef
Solid knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
Food Handler’s Certificate or equivalent is a plus
Availability to work, weekends, and holidays as needed
