BARISTAS WANTED – WILDFLOWER SOCIETY HURSTVILLE
Wildflower Society is coming to Westfield Hurstville, and we’re looking for experienced Baristas to join our opening team!
Coffee is a big part of what we do. We’re looking for people who care about quality, consistency and genuine hospitality and can deliver great coffee even during a busy service.
The Role
- Preparing high-quality espresso coffee
- Maintaining consistency, speed and presentation
- Setting up and maintaining the coffee station
- Providing friendly and genuine customer service
- Keeping your workspace clean and organised
- Working closely with our floor and kitchen teams
About You
- Previous barista experience required
- Confident working in a busy, high-volume café
- Strong milk texturing and coffee-making skills
- Reliable, positive and well-presented
- Great communication and teamwork
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality
