This role will support the successful implementation, onboarding, and adoption of a new enterprise monitoring and observability solution across the organisation. This role blends change management with business analysis to ensure technology enablement is translated into effective operational use.
As this is the organisation’s first enterprise‑wide monitoring platform, the role will work closely with business owners, IT and OT operations teams, application owners, and vendors to define requirements, onboard systems, support adoption, and transition teams into business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Change & Adoption
- Lead engagement with Business Owners, End Users, Application Owners, IT Operations, OT teams, and external vendors to support onboarding of systems into the enterprise monitoring platform.
- Assess and document change impacts across processes, roles, RACI, and operating procedures associated with onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
- Support communication, onboarding, and adoption activities to drive effective and consistent usage of the monitoring platform.
- Assist teams through readiness and transition into BAU operations following onboarding.
Business Analysis
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, application operations, network, security, and platform teams to capture monitoring and observability requirements.
- Translate monitoring‑related requirements into clear use cases and onboarding patterns.
- Develop requirements documentation, process maps, operating models, and RACI artefacts.
- Support the definition of standards, governance, and repeatable onboarding approaches for enterprise monitoring.
- Contribute to training materials and knowledge artefacts to support adoption and handover.
Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery Support
- Act as a liaison between business, technology, platform, and vendor teams.
- Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across both IT and OT environments.
- Provide structured updates and insights to project and program leadership on adoption progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and PMO to ensure business change is integrated into delivery plans.
