Recruit, Connect & Care is currently seeking compassionate and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants, helping them achieve their goals, increase independence, and actively participate within their community.
We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives. You will work closely with participants, their families, and support networks to provide meaningful care and support tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting participants with daily living activities including personal care, showering, dressing, cooking, cleaning, and toileting
- Providing individualised support in line with participant goals and care plans
- Supporting participants with community access, appointments, shopping, and social outings
- Promoting independence, skill development, and positive behaviour support
- Building positive professional relationships with participants and their families
- Completing accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the wider team
- Availability to work afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or similar
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (HLTAID011 & HLTAID009 preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in disability support or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $39.00 – $40.00 per hour
