The Opportunity:
Read 2 Grow Dayton are looking for Diploma Qualified Educators and Early Childhood Teachers for Room Leader positions.
ASAP start | Flexibility required
Successful Candidates will Ideally have:
· Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.
· A current First Aid Certificate.
· Prior experience in online programming for the younger years.
· Prior experience working in a Child care Environment
· An understanding of all the developmental areas for children.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent presentation skills.
Some Key Performance Indicators / Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· With the Nominated Supervisor, deliver oversight in the development of the Service’s curriculum and planning according to the National Quality Framework.
· Act in a manner that promotes the best interests of the child.
· Develop and implement a high quality education and care curriculum for all enrolled children that is consistent with: The service philosophy, policies and procedures, The National Quality Standards, and the Early Years Learning Framework / Framework for School Age Care Service, Education and Care Services National Regulations, Education and Care Services National Law.
· Provide leadership and support in: documentation of children and family information, implementation of programming cycles, evaluation of observations and planning, implementation of plans,reflection of own and team’s practice.
· Maintain appropriate documentation of children’s learning as outlined in the National Quality Standards.
Provide role modelling in the development of consistent positive relationships with children.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $161,807.29 per year
