NDIS Support Worker Opportunity – SIL (Supported Independent Living)
Experienced Support Workers Required | Ideal for Nursing Students
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join a dedicated SIL team supporting a NDIS participant. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about person‑centred care and looking to grow their clinical skills in a supportive environment.
About the Role:
You will work within a consistent SIL roster, providing stability for both the participant and the team.
Availability is required across:
- Day shifts
- Weekends
- Overnight shifts (Awake)
- Public holidays
Rosters are set to ensure continuity and stability for both the participant and the support team.
This role provides personal care to a participant who has expressed a preference for female support staff for privacy and dignity reasons.
What We’re Looking For:
- Support workers with experience in disability, SIL or personal care (required)
- Clinical experience is highly regarded
- Reliability and commitment to rostered shifts
- Strong values around quality care, dignity, and independence
Ideal for:
- Nursing students wanting to build hands-on experience in a supportive environment
- Support workers looking to expand into higher‑needs or SIL settings
