About the Role
We are seeking Supervisors (preferably with previous leadership experience) to support the Manager in leading shifts, coaching team members, and delivering consistent food quality and guest experience. This is a hands-on role, working side-by-side with the team to bring the lightning bolt to every guest, every shift.
Key Responsibilities
Lead shifts to Zeus standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness- Support training and coaching of team members on all workstations
- Maintain speed of service and bump time expectations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure food safety, WHS, and compliance standards are followed
- Support stock deliveries, cleaning routines, and daily checks
- Open and close the store safely when required
About You
Preferable previous experience as a Supervisor or senior team member in fast food or hospitality.
- Highly skilled in line operations with demonstrated experience across multiple stations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
Understanding of food safety and workplace health & safety
