About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, polished, and attentive Waiter to join our front-of-house team. You will be the face of Boseong, guiding guests through our menu, delivering outstanding table service, and ensuring every visit is a memorable one.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests in a warm and professional manner
- Presenting menus and confidently explaining dishes, set menus, and specials
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Delivering food and drinks to tables with care and attention to detail
- Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Processing payments and handling the POS system
- Setting up and resetting tables before and after service
- Working closely with kitchen staff to communicate orders and timing
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Following responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- A genuine passion for food and delivering great guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
- Availability across weekday and weekend shifts including evenings
- RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Interest in or knowledge of Korean cuisine is a bonus
