This is much more than a reception position. You'll play an important role in supporting our therapists, assisting families and helping our clinic operate efficiently every day.

About the Role
As our Administration Officer, you'll help support the daily operations of the clinic by:
- Welcoming children and families to the clinic.
- Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries.
- Scheduling and managing appointments.
- Processing referrals and new client enquiries.
- Preparing service agreements and client documentation.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records.
- Providing administrative support to Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Preparing therapy resources and equipment for sessions.
- Assisting with packing and unpacking therapy materials where required.
- Ordering and maintaining clinic supplies.
- Ensuring therapy rooms, reception and shared clinic spaces remain clean, organised and welcoming.
- Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks that support the day-to-day running of the clinic.
About You
You'll be someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
- Is proactive and takes initiative.
- Is confident using computers and learning new systems.
- Takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming experience for families.
- Has previous administration or reception experience (healthcare or allied health experience is highly regarded but not essential).
