We're seeking an experienced PCR Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Planned Component Replacement (PCR) team, ensuring scheduled component change-outs are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
About the role
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of planned component replacement activities across our mobile mining fleet. You'll provide strong leadership to trades and support personnel while ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule and in line with OEM and company standards.
This role offers a 7/7 dayshift only roster, allowing you to enjoy an excellent work-life balance while working with a modern fleet and experienced maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise planned component replacement activities on mobile mining equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate labour, tooling, parts and resources to achieve scheduled maintenance targets.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor work progress and minimise downtime through effective planning and communication.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and technical support to maintenance personnel.
- Liaise with maintenance planners, supervisors and operations to optimise equipment availability.
- Complete accurate maintenance documentation and reporting.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience supervising maintenance teams within the mining or heavy earthmoving industry.
- Strong knowledge of planned component replacement (PCR) or major component maintenance.
- Trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter, Plant Mechanic or similar (highly regarded).
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Experience using maintenance management systems (JDE, SAP or similar) is advantageous.
