Avature Solution Architect with a leading banking client (consulting through FinXL)

FinXL is seeking an Avature Solution Architect to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a 12 months contract in Sydney.
Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end solution architecture across Recruitment, offer management, onboarding, portals, and AI.

Lead complex Avature platform configurations and provide hands-on technical leadership.

Design integration architecture utilising API-led patterns and middleware solutions.

Partner with stakeholders to redesign end-to-end business processes for scalable technical delivery.

Define portal experience strategies and user journey designs alongside the Service Management team.

Establish governance, standards, and technical design best practices across the program.

Drive workflow automation, Junction Integration builder, and Portal Builder Apps delivery.
Key Skills & Experience

Extensive experience in HR technology and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.

Deep expertise in Avature platform architecture, configuration, and Portal Builder Apps.

Proven experience designing integration architectures using Junction, APIs, and middleware.

Background working on large-scale, global Talent Acquisition transformation programmes.

Prior experience delivering onboarding automation initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and structured problem-solving skills.
