We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Person to help maintain our holiday resort in the heart of Noosa Heads.
This is a hands-on role that plays an important part in ensuring our resort is always clean, safe, and guest-ready. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and appreciate being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
· Your day-to-day duties will focus on maintaining the resort's common areas, including the pool, gym, BBQ facilities, gardens, lift, toilets and pathways, helping to create an enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
· Operating blower and vacuum equipment to keep walkways, entrances, and pathways clean and clear
· Maintaining the presentation of pool and spa areas, including cleaning, water testing and water chemical balance.
· Cleaning and maintaining the gym and fitness equipment
· Assisting the Resort Manager with seasonal projects and general property upkeep
· Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or areas requiring attention
· Ensure all common areas remain clean, tidy, and welcoming
About You
We're looking for someone who:
· Has previous grounds maintenance or property maintenance experience (preferred but not essential)
· Enjoys working outdoors and being physically active
· Can work independently and follow directions when required
· Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
· Has a positive, friendly, and professional attitude
· Is committed to maintaining high standards of presentation and safety

Work Schedule
· Minimum 3 hours per day
