Job Description
Tsavo Wellness is seeking a reliable, well-presented and organised team member to support our front desk, client experience and daily wellness operations.
This role is ideal for a university student looking to gain experience in client service, sales, operations and premium wellness environments within a professional setting.
Weekend availability is essential.

Tsavo Wellness is a recovery, longevity and wellness optimisation centre offering services including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy and cryotherapy.

The Role
You will assist with daily front-of-house operations including:
- Welcoming and checking in clients
- Managing bookings and appointment flow
- Preparing wellness rooms and maintaining presentation standards
- Supporting client experience throughout the day
- Assisting with wellness service operations (training provided)
- Confidently discussing and recommending services, memberships and wellness packages
- Supporting package and membership sales
- Laundry, cleaning and operational reset tasks

- Interested in health, wellness, skin or aesthetic treatments
