The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Recognised teaching qualifications and current NESA accreditation
- Significant experience in educational leadership
- A demonstrated capacity to lead improvement in teaching and learning
- Strong people leadership and staff management capability
- Experience overseeing school operations, budgets and resources
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A sound understanding of school governance, compliance and risk management
- A strong commitment to child safety, student wellbeing and inclusive education
- Experience within an independent school environment, bilingual education, Italian language and culture, enrolment growth or CLIL methodology would be highly regarded
