ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an
Executive Assistant to support our CEO, based at our office in Maroochydore. We are looking for an individual who can manage competing priorities, deal confidently with senior stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced civil contractor environment.
Duties will include:
- Organising the CEO’s/Director’s diary and calendar
- Taking Minutes and documentation of actions
- Coordination and reporting of meetings with the national leadership team
- Arrange travel and accommodation requirements for CEO and Director
- Event coordination and support with catering order requirements
- Onboarding of new starters including organisation of PPE and travel arrangements
- Raising Purchase Orders and Monthly client billing
- Working in with the CEO to roll out business initiatives and strategy
- Stakeholder engagement and communication
About You:
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar – A must
- Solid Computer literacy with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to use Canva and other software system platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisation
- Display professionalism in all areas of the role
- Current driving license
