We are on the lookout for a practical and proactive Trainee Designer to join our growing team based at our office in the Brisbane CBD.
We are looking for applicants with a passion to learn and a keen interest in mineral processing who want to work on significant projects across a wide variety of commodities.

Some of the key responsibilities you will learn are:

Assisting with the preparation of 2D and 3D design deliverables using CAD software.

Utilising engineering specifications and standards to performing design tasks.

Supporting Designers and Discipline Engineering with design preparation.
-
Effectively communicating with the project team, provide updates, raise issues and attend team meetings where required.

To be eligible:
-
A relevant TAFE qualification, Cert IV or Diploma in Engineering, Design, Drafting or similar.

Experience with 3D parametric software and AutoCAD is desirable but not essential.

Strong desire to build a career as a draftsperson/designer.
-
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
-
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
-
Strong computer skills using Microsoft office suite.

Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, and have full working rights at the time of application - applicants without full and unrestricted working rights will not be considered
