Olympus is seeking a full time Sales Specialist – Surgical Endoscopy & Systems Integration to join our Surgical team.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Surgical, you will be responsible for managing a specialised portfolio of Surgical Endoscopy and Systems Integration products across the South Australia territory. Working closely with surgeons, perioperative teams, hospital decision makers and procurement stakeholders, you will drive sales growth while supporting the delivery of advanced surgical solutions that improve clinical outcomes.
This is a highly visible field-based role where you will combine your commercial expertise, technical aptitude and relationship-building skills to influence customer outcomes and strengthen Olympus' market-leading position within the surgical sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales performance across a portfolio of surgical endoscopy, capital equipment and systems integration solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with surgeons, theatre managers, procurement teams and other key stakeholders.
- Identifying customer challenges and delivering tailored clinical, technical and workflow solutions.
- Growing existing accounts while uncovering opportunities for upgrades, capital replacement and new business development.
- Managing demonstrations, evaluations, customer engagement activities and a robust sales pipeline through effective CRM utilisation.
- Collaborating with Marketing and cross-functional teams to maximise market opportunities and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You will receive comprehensive product training and ongoing development while working with leading technologies that support modern surgical practice.

What we are looking for:
You will consider yourself to be a driven, relationship-focused and commercially astute individual with:
- A minimum of three years' experience in capital equipment, software, medical device or healthcare-related sales.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Clinical, medical, scientific or technical aptitude, with exposure to surgical environments highly regarded.
- The ability to analyse customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within your territory and interstate when required.
