The Role
Join DRA as a Project Administrator and support our project teams across our mining and minerals projects.

Support project managers and project teams with day-to-day project administration, coordination and communication activities.

Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, arranging rooms or catering, and recording meeting minutes as required.

Organise project-related travel, accommodation and rostered site travel arrangements for project team members.

Prepare, format, proofread and maintain project documents, reports, presentations and correspondence to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with project requirements.

Manage project-related correspondence, records and administrative enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Liaise professionally with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support effective project communication and administration.

Provide basic document control support where required, including filing, formatting, revision tracking and maintaining accurate project records under the guidance of the document control team.

Support day-to-day project office coordination, including workstations for new starters, meeting rooms, stationery, catering, refreshments and general office requirements.

Assist with purchase orders and expense-related administration as required.

Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new systems, support changing project priorities and assist across administrative and document support activities.
About You

Certificate III or IV in Business Administration and/or experience in a similar role

Strong organisational and time management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams

Previous experience in project administration, office coordination or document support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
