About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while maintaining our high service standards. You will work closely with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Assist guests with menu recommendations
- Set up and clear tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and RSA requirements
- Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Current RSA Certificate
