As part of the CMV Group, we are accredited Kenworth and DAF dealers, supporting sales, service and parts plus PacLease Rental and Leasing. In addition to the Kenworth and DAF brands, we are also all makes capable and full service dealers for the extensive range of PACCAR, Cummins and CAT truck engines, as well as Dana, Meritor, Eaton, Wabco, Knorr-Bremse and SAF-Holland commercial vehicle technologies.
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Service Administration Manager to lead our service administration function and support the overall performance of the service department. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient workflows, strong communication, and high-quality customer outcomes, while supporting the Service Manager to achieve departmental goals

Your day will include
- Managing the administrative workflows of the service team, ensuring open communication and strong attention to detail
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of service invoices
- Maintaining service department records in line with company policy and legislative requirements
- Communicating daily with workshop supervisors to ensure alignment on manufacturer requirements and allowances for warranty work and repair orders
- Ensuring all manufacturer authorisations are obtained prior to warranty claim submission
- Overseeing the daily costing of warranty jobs and providing updates to the Service Manager
- Producing and distributing daily WIP reports, ensuring processes are followed and jobs are progressed efficiently for invoicing
- Managing the storage of claimed warranty parts in accordance with manufacturer requirements
- Continuously reviewing processes and recommending improvements to drive efficiencies across the business
- Managing staff levels to ensure operational targets are consistently met
If you have
- Previous experience in the automotive or dealership service environment
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop a team
- Strong understanding of dealership service operations and systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify process improvements
- Solid computer skills and experience using Dealer Management Systems
